Healing Diets coaching is a holistic approach to nutrition, suitable for anyone facing challenges with their health from the very minor to the very major. It’s also useful for those who wish to boost their energy and health or improve specific facets of lifestyle like sleep or digestion.
After a decade spent delivering soft-skill training to groups and teaching one to one, I side-stepped to apply my skills to the world of holistic health after my children were born. Since qualifying as a Healing Diets Coach, I have been delivering workshops on a range of health & wellness subjects as well as coaching individual clients and continuing my studies into herbalism and iridology.
I am really passionate about helping people improve their diet in easy, practical ways to support good health. I whole heartedly believe that we all have the innate capacity to heal, we just to have to support the body to do what it is made to do. The right food is the foundation of wellness.
I obtained my qualification from the School of Natural Medicine and am a member of the Complementary Medical Association.
