The Creative Process:

This hour long workshop is highly recommended for attendees joining our teddy bear making course who have no prior experience hand-stitching or using a sewing machine.

Learn to make your very own teddy bear in this unique 4 week course! Design and construct your bear from start to finish.

Attendees will need to bring a square meter of non-stretch and non-furry fabric of their choosing.

If attendees have no prior experience hand-stitching or using a sewing machine, it is highly recommended to attend our hour long Introduction to teddy bear making workshop. This will be running at 10am-11am on the 28th July in Create98Two. Booking is available via our website.

Tack and sew your bear.
Learn the order you construct your bear and sew.

Week 3
FILL
Learn how to turn your inside out and fill and pad him out.

Enjoy giving your bear his finishing look.
Learn how to sew buttons and bows ,create their face.

Week 5 is an extra session for those who have missed a session or want to sew garments for your bear. Booking for this extra session is available via our website.

Tell your very own story on the theme of Here Comes the Sun, using words, pictures or a mixture of the two in a one and a half our workshop with writer Chris Penhall.

You’ll think of a character –it could be a person, an animal a being from outer space, a car, a train, a flower or whatever you want it to be, and then you’ll work out a story around them using words, pictures or both.

And your finished story will be uploaded onto the Create98 website!

Help your child explore and express their emotions with our unique “Today I Feel Plate” pottery painting workshop! This thoughtful activity combines creativity with emotional awareness, perfect for children aged 5 and over

What’s Included:

• Bisque dinner plate ready for decorating
• All pottery paints in light blue, 5 bright colors, and white
• Masking tape, sponges, and dotting tools
• Black writer bottle for details

The Creative Process: Children will divide their plate into 6 sections using masking tape, then create colorful emotion faces in each slice – happy, scared, sad, angry, excited, and calm. Using sponging techniques and face painting, each section becomes a different feeling with its own unique expression and color.
