Bread Making for Beginners

Course Description

There’s nothing quite like the smell of bread fresh from the oven. This is the perfect class for beginner bread bakers! Over the course of the day, we will bake a yeasted white tin loaf, soda bread and fruit scones. Baking bread is such a mindful and rewarding process, seeing simple ingredients transform into a tasty loaf never gets old! You will take home all your tasty bakes on the day and all recipes. The day will include a light lunch and refreshments.

Learn Modern Upholstery: Footstool Workshop

Learn the basics of modern upholstery and take home you very own footstool. You will learn the tools and materials used as well as techniques such as attaching webbing, cutting foam, applying hessian and wadding, cutting fabric and corners. No experience needed.

Please bring 1m by 1m of your own choice of fire-retardant upholstery fabric with you.
