Beginner and Intermediate Drawing (5-Week Course)

Mindful Yoga Krama (Weekly)
Stretch, unwind, relax and simply be at peace. Shut out the negative, welcome the positive. Please bring your own mat.

Pranayama and Mindful Meditation (Weekly)
We will work on breath control to relax and renew and then enter into the meditation to induce a state of complete calm. This practice is great for stress and anxiety relief.

Mandala Dot Painting
Relax, destress, unwind and try something new at this Mandala dot painting workshop. An excellent alternative to meditation that helps increase mindfulness, enables you to explore your creativity and find your inner artist producing something aesthetically pleasing on stone. This is a multi- sensory workshop, which involves smell, sound touch and sight using aroma therapy oils difused in the room, calming music and nature scenes.
Yoga For Kids (5-Week Course)
A chance for childern to explore the amazing benefits of yoga. Improving flexibilty, stillness and calm as well as learning to see themselves and each other in a positive light. A friendly and fun environment.
