Course Description

Come and join our young artists session! We will explore the work of famous artists and produce our own creations using a variety of different materials and techniques, from Abstract to Zoomorphic. You wil also produce a sketchbook and other work that can lead to Arts Award certificates.

Weekly class – please pay one week in advance.

Valentines Rocks!

Course Description

Join the Create98 rock group…

We will be using acrylic paint and permanent marker pens to paint and decorate pebbles and rocks with a Valentines theme. Once you have finished painting your rock, you can take it home with you, or hide it somewhere else, photograph it in its new home or location and then tag us or post on the Create98 social media!

Please wear suitable clothing. All supplies will be provided.

Course Description

Tired of seeing spotless models and advertisements, zine makers create their own self published material. Using zine making as a creative method of self care and a way of documenting and sharing our own voices, Lu will be hosting a zine making session for beginners. Make your own self published magazine, learn about the UK zine scene, how zine making is at the forefront of creative industries and how you can be part of it.
This session will include folding, binding, collaging, drawing and writing, with the Grrrl Zine Library providing a source of insight and inspiration.
