Transform real oyster shells into unique and stylish trinket dishes using beautiful papers under the guidance of Jo. This workshop combines elegance and practicality, making it both enjoyable and easy!

What You’ll Learn:

• Decoupage Basics: Discover simple techniques to decoupage oyster shells with intricate papers.
• Creative Embellishments: Enhance your creations with paints and other decorative elements.
• Craft Your Treasure: Leave with a beautifully decorated oyster shell trinket dish, perfect as a decorative piece or a practical storage item.

Collage meets writing.

There will be writing activities to inspire the piece of work! Bring your own cut out words for inspiration or crafting. Mix images, paint, writing into a creation.

There will also be use of a typewriter should you wish to write your piece up for your creation.  

Make a sweet dispenser to store all those Halloween goodies!

In this workshop, you will make a working bubble gum machine from a few pieces of cardboard, some cocktail sticks and elastic bands!

Suitable for ages 7+ although younger children can join if accompanied by an adult.

Feel free to bring your favourite sweets along!

As the leaves change colour and the air turns crisp, we invite you to a special autumn workshop: Moon Crafting from up-cycled, painted newspapers. Learn to transform ordinary materials into extraordinary decorations, perfect for adding handmade charm to your home.

Your host will be Léda, Earth mother artist of Edigumi, an experienced teacher and workshop host. She is based in Southend and turns discarded and unwanted materials into beautiful treasures or valuable creations.
